PROGRAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION

January 7 Program Registration for Residents
January 14 Program Registration for Non-Residents

Registration for programs are held at the Recreation Center beginning at 8 am and will continue until the program or trip reaches capacity.

Space is limited for all programs and trips. In-person registration is required for all activities. Registration forms must be filled out by the participant or parent/guardian. All programs require advanced registration. Make checks payable to “Twp. of Gloucester” except where otherwise noted; two separate checks may be necessary.

Bring a valid drivers license or proof of residency to registration to receive resident rate. Preschool registration also requires a photocopy of the child’s birth certificate and medical records.

Full refunds will be given if we cancel a trip or program due to low enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel a trip or program if enough people have not registered in advance.

Program refunds will be given minus a $10.00 processing fee. This refund must be requested before 20% of the scheduled classes are completed. Please bring your receipt to the office for processing. All refunds take 30-45 days to process.

Recreation Center Open Gym Info

The Recreation Center is open for various sports when scheduled, however, an application must be filled out prior to first use. You must come to the Rec Center and present a valid drivers license or State ID with a Gloucester Twp address or a current Gloucester Twp school ID every visit. Check monthly calendar for dates.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

MOVIE NIGHTS IN THE PARK

Gloucester Township will be sponsoring movies nights once again this summer. Join us for great fun and great movies. Dates are subject to change.

Rent the Recreation Center for Birthday Parties!

$150.00 for two hours
Applications accepted at the Recreation Center.
*New policy—intended for children 4–14 years of age*

Rent the Gazebo at Veterans Park or Gazebo at Gloucester Township Community Park

$30.00 Township Resident for 3 hours OR $60.00 Non-residents for 3 hours. To reserve a Saturday or Sunday, please request your date at least two weeks in advance. Applications accepted at the Recreation Center. Please call 856-435-5734 for more info

Rent the Pool

The Township Pool is available Saturday & Sunday from 6-8 PM beginning June 18. Must be a GT Resident.

$150 for two hours

Veterans Park Track Length:

Veterans Park Track on Chews Landing Rd. is just a little under a 1/2 mile. To equal a mile, you would need to run or walk around the park 2 and 1/4 times.

SPONSOR A BENCH PROGRAM

Individuals and families have the opportunity to sponsor park benches in our Twp. Parks. This is a unique way to remember a loved one, or to honor friends or family. Each sponsored bench will contain a 4" x 6" plaque, displaying your message. The cost of each bench is $1,000. For more info, please contact Bill Fagan at the Rec Dept, 856-435-5734.
