GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

As required by regulations set forth by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, regarding the expenditure of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Funds, the Gloucester Township Grants office hereby announces a 15 day Public Comment Period for the amendment to the 2008 Consolidated Plan to incorporate two proposed projects. The Township will receive $94,652 in fiscal year 2009 and proposes the following projects:

1. Gloucester Township Housing Authority Senior Campus One Project $ 50,000

2. Ridge Avenue Storm Sewer Project $ 44,652

Public Comment is invited on the proposed activities for a period of 15 days commencing on June 29, 2009. The Public Comment Period will conclude on July 14, 2009. Any and all comments can be addressed in writing or by phone to the Township Grants Department 856-228-4000, x307. Copies of the Amendment are available in the Township Clerks Office, 1261 Chews Landing Road, Laurel Springs, New Jersey, Monday - Thursday, from 8:00 am until 5:45 PM.
