Over 65,000 people have chosen to make Gloucester Township their home and the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission has forecasted a population increase of 23% by the year 2025. 

Gloucester Township has access to world class entertainment, from one of the world's greatest symphony orchestras, to the internationally-respected Philadelphia Museum of Art to four major league sports franchises-the Eagles, Flyers, Sixers, and Phillies. Plus, interesting and exciting places to play.  Like Atlantic City, America's Playground and the country's most visited tourist destination; 127 miles of beautiful New Jersey Beaches; the lakes, mountains, and winters sports resorts of the Poconos; and some of the region's most complete and fashionable shopping malls.

We boast a very sizeable land bank of more than 1,000 acres of developable commercial and industrially zoned property. 

Our employers enjoy access to a huge, well-educated labor pool of more than 2million workers residing within a 15-mile radius, including the populations of Philadelphia, Camden, and Cherry Hill.

A Great Place to Learn...
Gloucester Township is the home of Camden County College, a 2-year college offering more than 140 programs of study and degrees in engineering technology and science, allied health, business administration, and liberal arts, among others. 

Post secondary institutions offering four-year degrees within close proximity to Gloucester Township include Rutgers University, Camden; Rowan University, Glassboro; Temple University, Drexel University, University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia as well as more than 50 other colleges and universities in the greater Philadelphia area. 

The Township is home to the largest K-8 school system, as well as three secondary schools (in addition to Camden County Technical School), and two private schools.

And, of course, we have wonderful recreational opportunities-with more than 760 acres of open space within our Township borders, including 41 parks and two 18 hole golf courses.
