Request for Qualifications

The Township of Gloucester Township Housing Authority by its affiliate, the Gloucester Township Finance Corporation is seeking an affordable housing development services firm/consultant to assist in the development of a 100 unit municipally sponsored affordable housing project in the Township known as Revere Run @ Park Place in Gloucester Township, New Jersey. The subject area is a recreational and residential area with a combined total developable land area of approximately eleven (11) acres. The legal description include Block 14202, Lots 17 and 32 and Block 14204, Lot 27. _______________________________________________________________________.

RFQ Process

This RFQ is being issued on January 11, 2010. The Township of Gloucester Township Housing Authority by its affiliate, The Gloucester Township Finance Corporation is conducting a search for qualified affordable housing development consultants/firms interested in this acquisition and development opportunity. Upon review and evaluation of the RFQ submissions, the Township of Gloucester Township Housing Authority by its affiliate, the Gloucester Township Finance Corporation will select a qualified development firm who will be entering into an Agreement with the most qualified firm. Firms not chosen will be notified by mail of the decision of the Township of Gloucester Township Housing Authority by its affiliate, the Gloucester Township Finance Corporation. Gloucester Township Finance Corporation is not required to and shall not conduct any debriefings subsequent to its decision.

Three (3) copies of each RFQ submission package are required. Submissions must be sealed and mailed/delivered by 2:00 PM on or before January 25, 2010 to:
