Dear Vendors: Due to the abundant amount of applications received and limited space available, the submission portion of the second annual Arts Market and Green Fair ended as of March 31st, at 11:59 PM. All applicants will be notified via email as to their acceptance status on Tuesday, April 5th. Thank you!
The annual Gloucester Township Arts Market and Green Fair will be held on Sunday, May 1st, from 10AM to 3PM (raindate Saturday, May 7th) at the parking lot behind Gloucester Township Library at 15 S Black Horse Pike, Gloucester Township, NJ 08012.
Please Join Us and Help Us Reduce the Environmental Impact of this Event!
- Plastic bags, single-use tablecloths, Styrofoam containers, and plastic straws are prohibited.
- Balloons of any kind are prohibited.
- Vendors should exemplify environmentally sensitive operational standards, resource efficiency, recycling, and fair employment and human resources practices.
- All vendors are responsible for maintaining their spaces in a clean and safe condition.
- Smoking, including vaping is prohibited on the property.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the property.
Arts Market Vendor Form
This family-friendly event features local art, crafts, and creative works, food trucks, and more. Arts Market is open to the public and free to attend.
Interested vendors may apply below. PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
- This is a show for creative and handmade products only. ALL ITEMS SOLD MUST BE MADE/CREATED BY THE VENDOR. No vintage (except repurposed), imported, or flea market items are permitted.
- Not every applicant will be accepted. A panel of local artists will base acceptance decisions on the quality, originality, variety, aesthetic, marketability, presentation and price point of each vendor’s products, relative to other applicants in their category and the proportion of spaces allotted to each category.
- There is no fee to apply. The last day to apply is Monday, April 11, 2022. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status via another email, on or before April 18th.
– Vendors will be provided with a 6×6 foot space or 10×10 based on your application selection.
