Located in the Greater Philadelphia Region of Camden County, NJ; the Gloucester Data Center (“GDC”) is expected to be the first green data center built in Camden County. Gloucester Data Center is strategically built on the backbone of the internet network where a fully operational high speed fiber route runs through VA, DC, Philadelphia to NY. Surrounded by a 64 acre on-site 10 MW solar PV farm, GDC will be designed either turn-key or built-to-suit, and is expected to be available for lease during the third quarter of 2017.
The 55,000 square foot 5 MW Data Center is to be constructed as a Tier-3 facility that will be private, secured, and isolated from the public. The facility is ideal for single-tenant, colocation, government agency, and compliance users.
