Our program has been created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced coaches. Kids Yoga
A fun and joyful learning experience and way of practicing yoga. Your child will release nervous pent up energy, learn how to relax, improving coordination, build strength and increasing flexibility. They discover respect for their bodies and themselves as well as others. No yoga experience needed. Bring your own mat and water. Open to ages 7-11.

Preschool Playtime 
Designed for children 3 ½ -5 years old. This class will focus on your child’s creativity through a variety of crafts, music, and play. This class is based on engaging your child and fun and creative ways of learning. Each week there will be a new and exciting theme to explore. Children must be potty-trained. Please provide a snack for your child. No Class 11/8

Youth Tennis 
This program is designed to teach children the fundamental skills used in tennis in a fun and enjoyable environment. Both ground-strokes and volley will be covered. The rules of the game will also be addressed. Although junior racquets are requested, loaner racquets will be available. No Class 10/14 Open to ages 7-10

Middle School Tennis 
This program will focus on introducing the proper technique for the groundstrokes, volleys and serves. It will also allow the juniors the opportunity to play points with the correct fundamentals. Tiny Tots Dance and Move 
Calling all Tiny Tots! Does your toddler love to dance and move? Well this is the class for you. Each class will begin with a short storytime. Dance and movements correlate with the theme of the book. Props will be incorporated with each dance. Your child will learn basic dance movements, how to follow directions and most importantly have fun every class.

Dance Mix 
Step into an award-winning dance studio to explore the lessons and benefits of a dance education. Each week the kids will lean from multiple instructors who will introduce various dance styles. Dance Mix might be the first steps to becoming a dancer! Ages 7-10
