Spring 2020 Program Registration Information
All Spring classes and registrations are currently canceled until further notice. The online platform Community Pass has been disabled for public viewing of classes. As we move forward, we will add classes once we are told by the CDC that group activities are safe. Please check https://glotwp.com/news/covid19/ for Township updates.
March 23 Non-Resident Program Registration
Registration for programs will continue until the program reaches capacity. Space is limited for all programs.
Register in-person at the GT Recreation Center, or sign up to register online at https://register.communitypass.net/reg/cat_program_list.cfm?season_id=23017 We now accept credit and debit cards. Processing fees will be added to costs. Make checks payable to “Twp. of Gloucester” except where otherwise noted.
Bring a valid drivers license or proof of residency to registration to receive resident rate. Preschool registration also requires a photocopy of the child’s birth certificate & medical records.
Non-Residents can now register for all Recreation Dept. Programs for an additional $10 fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip or program if enough people have not registered in advance.
Program refunds will be given minus a $10.00 processing fee. This refund must be requested before 20% of the scheduled classes are completed. Please bring your receipt to the office for processing. All refunds take 30-45 days to process.

CHILDREN’S HEALTHY COOKING-OUR HOMEMADE PANTRY
Mondays: April 20 – May 25 | 6 Weeks
5:30pm – 7:00pm Held at Chews UMC in Glendora
Cost: $135 Instructor: Yellow House Herbs
Kids will create their favorite pantry staples and snacks. Crackers, toaster pastries, sandwich cookies and more! Your child will learn how to make these great snacks in an easy and healthier way! We invite all parents to participate in this class with their child to learn some techniques that will be great in your home. Taught by a Family Nutrition Consultant and Herbalist, this class is pure cooking fun for all ages. Cost includes all supplies, instruction, and materials.

Soccer Shots is a leader in youth soccer development for young children. Our program has been created under the guidance of childhood educational specialists, professional soccer players and experienced coaches. Our innovative lesson plans are developmentally appropriate and tailored specifically to the age groups we teach. Soccer Shots aims to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child.

KIDDING AROUND YOGA with Marie
Fridays: January 24; Last class February 28 | 6 weeks

Cost: $45 to Still Point Yoga Center/$10 to Glo. Twp.
This yoga class is designed for kids to learn yoga in a playful way that fosters creativity and builds confidence, focus, and cooperation. Children will learn yoga poses, sing songs, listen to stories, and relax together, mastering the art of being a kid, in this uplifting, non competitive and fun environment. Studio supplies mats. Open to children ages 4-12.
Fridays: April 3-June 5 | 8 weeks

Designed for children 3.5-5 years old. This class will focus on your child’s creativity through a variety of crafts, music and play. This class is based on engaging your child in fun and creative ways of learning. Each week there will be a new and exciting theme to explore. Must be potty-trained. Please provide a snack. No class 4/10 & 5/22.

This format of kid-sized 10-and-under Tennis promotes quick success and lots of fun on the court. Through enjoyable activities and skill-based play, participants get an introduction to strokes, terms, movement and scoring. Instructional games, scaled-down courts and nets, and youth racquets and balls are all designed for the size of a young child. Parents are encouraged to participate in family-friendly weekly activities. Pre-registration available online at www.gottaplaytennis.net. Final class provides opportunity to participate in RED BALL Team Challenge & Pizza Party (at additional cost). All equipment is provided. Bring your own water bottle. Open to children ages 5-10. Limited to 24 students. No class 10/6. (SPECIAL 2nd CHILD DISCOUNT: 2 students for $140 to instructor).
