Get the best of 2 Pilates workouts! First enjoy Chair Barre, a combo of standing Pilates and ballet moves. This part can be done with sneakers if you have any foot injuries or balance issues. Then our mat Pilates workout for strengthening and toning your core and body. Instructor will be providing bands and handled resistance tubing for you to use during class times. Bring a mat, water & light weights.

Join us for a low impact warm up followed by full body work out using a variety of bootcamp, HIIT drills and the famous Alx’s 3 1’s for a full body workout. So let’s get ready for summer and start moving! Open to HS students and adult. Please bring water, 3-5lb weights and a mat. Wear good sneakers.

This class offers all of the benefits of regular yoga without having to get onto the floor. Using a chair for support while learning a pose enables you to practice yoga safely and with confidence. Designed for the mature adult with average mobility it features seated, standing and floor postures. Wear clothes that allow ease of movement. Still Point provides mats and props.
