Non-Residents can now register for all Recreation Dept. Programs for an additional $10 fee. Online Registration is now available! CommunityPass accepts debit and credit cards: Visa and Mastercard (please note that a separate 2.9% processing fee will be added). The Rec Center does accept in-person registration during business hours. Cash, check, and credit/debit cards will be accepted in-person (the processing fee will still apply for cards). Mondays

Pilates Barre and Mat
Get the best of 2 Pilates workouts!   First enjoy Chair Barre, a combo of standing Pilates and ballet moves. This part can be done with sneakers if you have any foot injuries or balance issues. Then our mat Pilates workout for strengthening and toning your core and body. Instructor will be providing bands and handled resistance tubing for you to use during class times. Bring a mat, water & light weights. Class held in-person or via Zoom.

MORNING YOGA Stretch and Strengthen
Stretch and strengthen your body and mind in this morning yoga practice ending with guided relaxation/meditation. Open and strengthen your body into right action. Feel balanced and inspired to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease. No yoga experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing bring your own mat, towel and water.

Total Body Toning
Join us for a low impact warm up followed by full body work out using a variety of bootcamp, HIIT drills and the famous Alx’s 3 1’s for a full body workout.  So let’s get ready for summer and start moving!  Open to HS students and adult. Please bring water, 3-5lb weights and a mat. Wear good sneakers. Classes held outdoors weather permitting.

Chair Yoga
This class offers all of the benefits of regular yoga without having to get onto the floor. Using a chair for support while learning a pose enables you to practice yoga safely and with confidence. This class will encourage the body to regain and build flexibility, stamina, and balance. No yoga experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing bring your own mat, towel, and water.

Mindfulness Yoga
Explore yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. No yoga experience needed. Bring your own mat and water.

Fit Happens With Chrissy
Work smarter, not harder. Strengthen, tone and increase your cardio ability in this class that works you whether you’re a beginner or expert. All that is needed is a mat, light to medium hand weights and water. All fitness levels welcome.

All Levels Yoga
 Empower yourself in 2022 with Yoga. Tone and Strengthen your Body while Tuning Into your Inner Power and Wisdom.  Stay focused, grounded and inspired each week in this All Levels Yoga Class.  No yoga experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing bring your own mat, towel and water.
All levels of yoga experience will benefit and enjoy this yoga class. Create a balance of the interacting activities of the physical, mental and energy bodies. Exploring the principles of yoga through various breathing techniques, mindfulness practices and yoga postures. Leave feeling renewed, relaxed and balanced . No yoga experience needed. Yoga for Us- 55 Plus
Leave your worries behind; you CAN do yoga. Stretch and wake up tired muscles, learn to breathe more effectively and to relax more deeply. This is a gentle Hatha yoga class done on yoga mats. Designed for the mature adult with average mobility it features seated, standing and floor postures. Wear clothes that allow ease of movement. Still Point provides mats and props.

Zumba
Zumba infuses hypnotic musical rhythms & tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN & EASY to do! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms & resistance training are combined to tone your body while burning fat. Good for all fitness levels. Bring water & towel.

Yoga for Weightloss
Yoga supports balancing the body on all levels. This class will focus on specific yoga poses and breath work aimed to increase the metabolism and calm the nervous system to guide and assist the body to its natural weight. Leave feeling well, renewed, relaxed and balanced. No yoga experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing bring your own mat, towel, water.

Gentle Meditative Yoga
Every Body is invited. The intention of this class is to restore balance to our physical, mental, and energy bodies.
