SURGE AMP RUNNING
Cost: $90| Held at GT Community Park
Mondays/Wednesdays: Sept. 13 – Nov. 25 6:30-7:30pm

This program is designed for ALL fitness levels. If your new to running and looking to get in shape with a goal in mind whether it’s a mile long run or a 5k this class is just what you need to amp your fitness level. Gain strength, knowledge, build endurance, and give you the cardiovascular training needed to achieve your goals. However, If you’re an experienced runner pursuing more than a 5k goal or working toward a marathon you will gain and achieve better agility, speed, distance performance, as well as gain tips to encourage one of your greatest successes in fitness. Come out, Amp your fitness level and give your life the power surge it deserves to stay heart healthy.

 

POP MIXX FITNESS
Cost: $80 | 10 Weeks | Virtual Class via Zoom
Mondays/Wednesdays: Sept. 13- Nov. 25 6:30-7:30pm

Pop MIXX Fitness is a high energy class incorporating Cardio Hip Hop, Bollywood, Boxing, Strength, and Conditioning. This class is designed for all fitness levels. It is sure to burn calories, tone, strengthen, and boost your confidence all while having fun! We will be using light weights and household items. Private Zoom link will be sent once registered.

 

PILATES BARRE AND MAT
Cost: $70 | 8 Weeks | Held at Point Aerial Park
Mondays: Sept. 13 – November 8 6:15pm – 7:15pm
Instructor: Alx Davis

Get the best of 2 Pilates workouts! First enjoy Chair Barre, a combo of standing Pilates and ballet moves. This part can be done with sneakers if you have any foot injuries or balance issues. Then our mat Pilates workout for strengthening and toning your core and body. Instructor will be providing bands and handled resistance tubing for you to use during class times. Bring a mat, water & light weights. Also available via Zoom! No Class 10/11.

TUESDAY MORNING YOGA
Cost: $70 | 7 Weeks | Held at Still Point Yoga Center

Stretch and strengthen your body and mind in this morning yoga practice ending with guided relaxation/meditation. Open and strengthen your body into right action. TOTAL BODY TONING
Cost: $70 | 8 Weeks | Held at Point Ariel Park
Tuesdays: Sept. 14 – Nov. 9 6:30- 7:30pm

Join us for a low impact warm up followed by full body work out using a variety of bootcamp, HIIT drills and the famous Alx’s 3 1’s for a full body workout. So let’s start moving! Open to HS students and adult. Pleasse bring water, 3-5lb weights and a mat. Wear good sneakers. No class 11/2.

WEDNESDAY MORNING YOGA

CHAIR YOGA
Cost: $65 | 6 Weeks | Held at Still Point Yoga Center

This class offers all of the benefits of regular yoga without having to get onto the floor. Using a chair for support while learning a pose enables you to practice yoga safely and with confidence. YOGA BASICS

This one hour class is a workout for the mind, body and spirit that brings inner and outer balance. This class includes yoga postures, breathing techniques and guided relaxation. Yoga promotes relaxation, reduces stress and calms anxiety. No yoga experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your own mat, towel, water and blanket

 

ALL LEVEL YOGA FOR WEIGHTLOSS
Cost: $70 | 7 Weeks | Held at Point Ariel Park
Wednesdays: Sept. 29 – November 10 7:15 – 8:30pm

Yoga supports balancing the body on all levels. This class will focus on specific yoga poses and breath work aimed to increase the metabolism and calm the nervous system to guide and assist the body to its natural weight. FIT HAPPENS WITH CHRISSY
Cost: $60 | 6 weeks | Held at GT Rec Center

Work smarter, not harder. Strengthen, tone and increase your cardio ability in this class that works you whether you’re a beginner or expert. Bring a mat, light to medium hand weights (one set of either) and water. All fitness levels welcome.

BEGINNERS LEVEL YOGA

A beginner’s level yoga class. Learn the foundations of yoga: breathing techniques, postural alignment and how to be more present to you mind, body and spirit. Building strength and balance creating a solid foundation that is rooted in good alignment, body awareness, breath and heart. Your body/mind will feel renewed and balanced. No yoga experience needed. ZUMBA
Cost: $60 | 6 Weeks | Held at GT Rec Center

Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms & tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms & resistance training are combined to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat. Good for all fitness levels.
