Please accept this as notification in accordance with the “Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act” that the meeting of the Gloucester Township Planning Board scheduled for Tuesday, June 09, 2020 will be at 6:00 pm Eastern Time (US and Canada) and will be CONDUCTED REMOTELY AND LIVE VIA ZOOM WEBINAR.
Pursuant to the declaration by the Governor of the State of New Jersey that the current COVID-19 (also known as Coronavirus) outbreak constitutes an emergency, and given the recent attention to the potential impacts of COVID-19, and as a general precaution to remind local governmental units of options available to ensure the regular operation of local government [Executive Order 103 (Governor Murphy 3/9/2020) and Executive Order 107 (Governor Murphy 3/20/2020)], and the mechanisms that have been used by local governments during emergencies that render in-person meetings less than optimal, pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-11 and 12 and the most recent guidelines provided by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (Division of Local Government Services), the public hearing will be held by online/virtual means and telephonically only.
The Planning Board will conduct public hearings for the following applications/matters at the meeting:
- Application #201007 MSP Franklin Preservation – Minor Site Plan
- Application #201003CM – Group Four Equities, LP – Minor Subdivision
- Application #191050CPFS – M & T Gloucester Partners, LLC – Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan
- Ordinance No. O-20-06 amending Ordinance O-15-08 commonly known as the College Drive Redevelopment Plan at allow one (1) off-premise sign.
All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. During the public hearing, any interested party will have an opportunity to view the hearing in its entirety, be heard, and ask questions, provide comments or offer evidence. A recording of the proceeding will be retained using Zoom Webinar.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Meeting Agenda will be available on the Department of Community Development & Planning’s webpage at https://glotwp.com/department/community-development-planning/ at least two (2) days prior to the aforementioned scheduled meeting. The previously adopted Planning Board By-Laws will remain in effect, subject to modification at the discretion of the Planning Board.
